One queue for every company in your group
AP Maestro is built for businesses that run several companies, each with its own Xero organisation. Invoices for every company land in one queue, and each approved bill goes back to the right organisation.
How AP Maestro decides which company an invoice belongs to
The inbox
AP Maestro checks which inbox the invoice arrived on, because many groups give each company its own address.
Who it's billed to
It reads the name, ABN and address the invoice is billed to.
What it knows
It uses the account numbers suppliers use for you and what it has learned about each supplier.
A person
When none of those settle it, the invoice waits for a person to choose.
One queue, with each company marked
Each company has its own colour, and every invoice in the queue shows its company's name and colour. You can filter the queue to one company or see all of them together.
Approvers for each company
You can let a store or site manager approve only their own company's invoices, or only certain suppliers.Coming: routing by amount or company, such as sending invoices over $5,000 to the owner.
Duplicates across companies
Suppliers sometimes send the same invoice to two inboxes. AP Maestro checks for duplicates across all your companies before anything reaches Xero.
Moving one company at a time
You can switch one company over at a time, so the rest of the group carries on as it is until you're ready.
